MK Motion -Free Festival of Dance | Motus Dance

MÓTUS Dance, the charity that brings dynamic dance to Milton Keynes, presents MK Motion, a free festival of dance, right here in centre:mk!

• Black Sheep Collective will be presenting a Kids Club art activity station in Middleton Hall based on themes of being environmentally responsible, so all the family can get involved!

• Live dance will take place from 12:00-4:30pm, featuring internationally acclaimed touring dance companies Richard Chappell Dance, Highly Sprung and Flexer & Sandiland, and local dance talent.

An incredible immersive experience will take place right nearby at Offset Projects, featuring a wide range of local professional and amateur artists, so don't miss this too.

Highly Sprung Dance Theatre

Highly Sprung create inspiring performances and experiences using physical theatre.

Flexer & Sandiland

Directed by choreographer Yael Flexer and installation artist Nic Sandiland, Flexer & Sandiland create live performance and digital installation work for theatres, galleries, screens, and outdoor spaces.

Richard Chappell Dance

At Richard Chappell Dance, their work shines a light on what people have overcome and where they are going through the lens of climate and social justice, community strength and artistic expression. They celebrate brilliant people's bravery, sensitivity and boldness.

MK Community Stage

Witness some of the incredible dance talent from around Milton Keynes! Our Community Stage will feature local youth dance companies showcasing their skills to thousands of audience members.
