Step into the world of Khayaal Theatre Company and explore the House of Wisdom during the Golden Age of Islam.
Join them in Middleton Hall, Tuesday 21st - Wednesday 22nd October, for an enlightening journey into the Golden Age of Islam.
This free performance follows the story of Daniel of Morley, who travels from Norfolk to Toledo in Muslim Spain and then on to the renowned libraries and the House of Wisdom in Baghdad. Along the way, he learns about the scientific brilliance of Al-Kindi, the rivalry between Al-Kindi and the Banu Musa brothers, and the contributions of his friend Al-Khawarizmi.
