Yes, the centre doors are open from 6am to 11pm.

Our dedicated Multi-Storey Car Park is directly behind John Lewis & Partners. With 1400 spaces and wider bays, our state-of-the-art car park even has a ‘find my car’ facility if you’ve forgotten where you’ve left the car. Sat Nav: MK9 3EP.

The Multi-Storey Car Park Height Restrictions: Ground Floor 2.6m (8’5”). All other floors 2.2m  (7’2”).

The Main Toilets, ‘Changing Places’, Disabled Toilets and Baby & Toddler changing/toilet area are located within the Guest Services Lounge, near TK Maxx. There are also toilets within John Lewis & Partners, Marks & Spencer and many of the restaurants & cafés (excluding Starbucks, Krisy Kreme and Hotel Chocolat). 

The centre:mk Gift Card is a prepaid MasterCard and is accepted in over 150* stores and restaurants throughout the centre.

On 1st June 2024 our gift card provider transitions to Giftify, any gift cards purchased before 31st May 2024 is supplied by EML.

Yes, you can connect to our free WiFi network: Centre:mk free guest wifi. Simply complete the form to sign up and access WiFi throughout the centre while you're shopping and dining.

If you have lost something during your visit to the centre, please contact Guest Services on 01908 398115 or visit the Guest Services Desk which is located near TK Maxx.

Yes, we have an award-winning Parent and Baby area for changing, feeding and relaxing with your little ones. The area has privacy booths, comfy seating, microwaves, sinks, and separate toddler sized toilets.

This area is located within Guest Services Lounge, on the right-hand side before the main toilets.

We only allow Guide Dogs and other medical assistance dogs in all parts of the centre. Some stores including John Lewis & Partners allow dogs inside their shop, however for the safety and comfort of all guests, non-assistance dogs are not allowed in the mall (public) areas.

Yes, centre:mk is served by Milton Keynes Central train station which is a short walk to centre:mk (15 min walk / 7 min bus), and is well connected with frequent services from London Euston, Birmingham and Manchester. 

centre:mk is situated all on one level, making it easily accessible for all. Our main doors are fitted with automated door opening controls at wheelchair height.

Our Multi-Storey Car Park has 80 disabled bays, all located on the ground floor (turn right after you go through the barrier, to find the spaces on the left-hand side by the entrances and lifts). There are additional blue badge bays around the centre at street level (these are owned by MK Council). 

Shopmobility scooter and wheelchair hire is located at Guest Services (please note booking is strongly recommended).

We also provide a ‘Sunflower Lanyard Scheme’. We understand that not all our Guests with disabilities require assistance when they are at centre:mk, however we can provide a discreet sign in the form of a sunflower lanyard should guests wish to wear one, which highlights to retailers and the centre:mk staff that they may like some additional support or help at times. Sunflower lanyards are available to collect from the Guest Services Lounge.

We also offer free sanitary products thanks to charity Girl Pack. Single products can be found in baskets in the toilets at Guest Services as well as full packs, available for free, from the Guest Services Desk – just ask the team for a "Package for Sue" and they will be discretely offered to you in a plain bag.

  • By Next (Eagle Walk)
  • Inside Coventry Building Society (Silbury Boulevard)
  • Nationwide (Silbury Arcade and externally on Silbury Boulevard)
  • Inside TSB (Midsummer Arcade)
  • Inside Halifax (Midsummer Arcade)

Guest Services is located near TK Maxx with the entrance on Silbury Arcade.

Yes, we have a Quiet Room located at Guest Services which welcomes people of all faiths or those who might just want a moment to pause in a quiet area. A wash station is located adjacent to the quiet room. 

Dedicated phone charging points run by Joos allow you to charge on the move, meaning you can always use your phone to stay connected, make payments and more - all without having to wait by a plug in the wall or lock your phone away!

Additional deposit required.

 

You can pick up a Joos power bank at one of the Joos Boxes located at Guest Services and at the Information Desk on Midsummer Arcade.

For the safety of all our guests, bikes and scooters are not to be used within the shopping centre. There are bike racks available outside the centre managed by MK Council.
