PART TIME/FULL TIME

APPROX  20+ HOURS WOULD INCLUDE EVERY WEEKEND

We are looking for a Sales Assistant - for this position we are looking for dedicated team players with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to ensure that everyone has an exceptional experience in our Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe.  You will play a key role in the success of the store; developing and continually updating your product knowledge and confectionery expertise and sharing your passion about our fantastic products.

To be a successful Sales Team Member you will:

• Have a minimum of a two years working – be available during the week, evenings and weekends.  Not suitable for students who are not available during the daytime.
• MUST have retail experience
• A positive, “can-do” attitude
• Friendly, calm and efficient – even on our busiest days.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• A great communicator with a natural flair for striking up conversation
• Eager to learn and build on your retail knowledge – retail experience is an advantage
• A flexible team player who is always ready to go the extra mile
