As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Boutique/Showroom to deliver the sales targets and achieve key objectives. Building on your Client Service, retail and product knowledge, you will be a dedicated and committed team player offering consistent support to the Showroom Team; with a passion for delivering excellent client experience ensuring that everyone has the luxury experience they have come to expect from our Showrooms / Boutiques.
You are applying for a 37.5 hour part time contract.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging clients and colleagues, supporting the delivery of our outstanding Client Experience. You will be using your interpersonal skills, passion for our products & services and excellent hosting skills to engage and connect with Clients, sharing your passion and knowledge and creating memorable client experiences. You will be a role model for the Sales Team, supporting those around you to work as a team to deliver the best possible Client Experience.
You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:
• Achieving personal sales targets in line with showroom KPI objectives
• Direct Selling • Delivering an exceptional client experience (in Showroom and at Client Events)
• Supporting Visual Merchandising set up and other operational duties to ensure smooth running of the Showroom
• Adhering to policies and procedures including safety and security
• Processing payments • Continuous development of product knowledge
• Completion of relevant training via e-learning
