The jobs contracted days are:
Monday(4hours), Tuesday(4hours), Friday(4hours) and Sunday(4hours). With potential over time available.
We want you to be approachable, resourceful and enthusiastic, with a natural ability to engage with customers. You must have an intuitive understanding of customers' needs and know how and when to sell to them. As well as paying particular attention to customers and ensuring they receive the expected Oliver Bonas service at all times. As a Team Member you will assist the team in the smooth and efficient running of the store, you will need to have adaptability and flexibility, covering other stores in the company when required.

Activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, looking after customers' specific needs, keeping high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You may also take part in the planning and implementation of children's parties, coffee mornings, children's competitions and other special events organised by your restaurant.
