centre:mk offers a range of amenities and services to guests, making sure your time spent with us is hassle free, comfortable, and full of little extras that keep millions of visitors coming back every year.

Award-Winning Toilets

Toilets are accessible at any time the centre is open to the public at our Guest Services Lounge. We have wider disabled toilets available and a dedicated ‘changing places’ toilet, featuring a left and right transfer toilet for wheelchair users, adult changing table with electric powered hoist and emergency alarms. We also offer free individual period products in our toilets and free to use hairdryers.

More toilets can be found at John Lewis & Partners, Marks & Spencer and many of the restaurants and cafés (excluding Starbucks, Krispy Kreme and Hotel Chocolat).

A Haven for Families

For those visiting with babies & toddlers, don’t miss our award-winning parent and child feeding area in our Guest Services Lounge. With comfortable seating, private feeding stations, microwaves for heating bottles and plenty of space for changing little ones, we’ve created a safe, clean space for you to rest and recuperate with the children.

For tired little legs, you can hire Kiddy Cars from £3 an hour opposite our Guest Services Lounge (near TK Maxx). Simply download the Kiddy Car app to hire. For more information visit www.kiddycars.com

Accessibility

Our entire centre is laid out on the ground floor, making it a great accessible place to shop.

We offer free electric mobility scooters and wheelchair hire from our Guest Services Lounge. Pre-booking is required - please call 01908 398115.

Please note that you will be required to provide a photo ID and proof of your address to hire the equipment.

Not all our guests with disabilities require assistance when they are with us at centre:mk. The Sunflower Lanyard is available to collect from our Guest Services Desk for guests to wear, which highlights to retailers and the centre:mk team that they may need some additional support or help.

Hearing Loop are located at our Guest Services Lounge on Silbury Arcade, for sensory impairments assistance.

All stores located on multiple floors have lift access including John Lewis & Partners, M&S, Boots, Primark, TK Maxx and Next. All cafés and restaurants with toilet facilities have disabled toilets on ground floor level. We have disabled parking bays available in our Multi-Storey Car Park as well as street-level bays. Quiet Room

Need a moment to pause? Our Quiet Room is an oasis of calm, perfect for prayer or simply a moment of relaxation.

Guests of all faiths are invited to use the private room for prayer. There is also a wash station adjacent to the Quiet Room. To access, please speak to a member of the Guest Services Team.

Water Bottle Refill

We have a free refill station in our Guest Services Lounge.

Valet Car Wash

The Car Wash Company is located on the ground floor of our Multi-Storey Car Park and can expertly valet your vehicle while you shop. Open till 5pm daily.
