centre:mk has a specialist team on hand dedicated to you – our guests.

The Guest Services Lounge and Information Desk are here to help you with any services or questions while you shop. We also have a range of free facilities and amenities throughout the centre and Multi-Storey Car Park designed to meet your every need.

The main Guest Services Desk is located near TK Maxx 

Our Information Desk is located opposite M&S near Pizza Hut on Midsummer Arcade, where the team can assist with any questions you have as well as purchasing gift cards and hiring a Joos power bank.

Saturday: 9:30am - 7pm

Our Services

Collect+

We have a Collect+ point for you to send, collect or return parcels 7 days a week within our opening hours.

Shop & Drop

You can get all the retail therapy with none of the heavy lifting. Leave your shopping with our team ready for collection later. Please note, there is a limit on the size of items that can be left with our team. Ask at the desk for details.

Quiet Room

Need a moment to pause? Our Quiet Room is an oasis of calm, perfect for prayer or simply a moment of relaxation. 

Guests of all faiths are invited to use the private room for prayer. There is also a wash station adjacent to the Quiet Room. To access, please speak to a member of the Guest Services Team

WiFi & Charging Stations

We know how important it is to stay connected when you’re shopping and dining at centre:mk. That’s why you’ll find WiFi available throughout the centre, free of charge. Connect to the centre:mk Free Guest Wifi network to get started.

Battery low? We’ve partnered with Joos to provide you with power banks to charge on the go – no more waiting by a plug or having to lock your phone away in a box. You can pick up a Joos power bank at one of the Joos Boxes located at Guest Services and at the Information Desk on Midsummer Arcade.

Gift Cards

Not sure what gift to get them? A centre:mk gift card allows them the gift of choice to spend their gift at over 150 stores and restaurants. Plus – there’s no purchase fee. For more information click here. 

Accessibility

Not all our guests with disabilities require assistance when they are with us at centre:mk. The Sunflower Lanyard is available to collect from our Guest Services Lounge for guests to wear, which highlights to retailers and the centre:mk team that they may need some additional support or help.

Hearing Loops are located at our Guest Services Lounge on Silbury Arcade, for sensory impairments assistance.

Tailored to Little Ones

For tired little legs, you can hire Kiddy Cars from £3 an hour opposite our Guest Services Lounge (near TK Maxx). Simply download the Kiddy Car app to hire. For more information visit www.kiddycars.com

Free for Guests...

We offer free single period products in our toilets. Should you need a whole pack of products, simply ask for a “Package for Sue” at the Guest Services Desk and they will be able to discreetly offer you a pack in a plain bag.

Water Bottle Refill

We have a free refill station in our Guest Services Lounge.

Lost Property 

All lost property found in the centre and handed in is carefully catalogued by our Guest Services team. If you have lost anything on your visit, call the team on 01908 398115 or email guest.services@thecentremk.com.

Furry Friends

We only allow Guide Dogs and other medical assistance dogs in the centre. John Lewis & Partners are dog friendly and welcome all dogs. All store policies may differ. Please check before visiting.
