As part of the SciRoc project (https://sciroc.eu/), 14 teams from 8 different countries will be competing on different robotic tasks, from September 18 to September 21, in centre:mk.
This is the first robotic competition to be held in a shopping mall, where robots will face the challenge of serving coffee, picking and packing items in a supermarket, providing emergency medications, and more.
All events will take place in the main competition arena (Middleton Hall) from 10:00 AM to 5 PM on each day.
Anyone can attend, FOR FREE. Come and watch how the teams approach the challenge and try to solve each different task! The event is open to the public and anyone is welcome to stop by and see how the robots are doing in the competition, or take a closer look at the technologies showcased at the nearby industry booths. Be sure to bring your children along for a fun sneak peek at the teams' activities and to meet our merry band of robots!! We would also love to have as many local schools and young adults attending as possible!
