To have ownership of all operational aspects of the Brand within a defined account. To work closely with the department manager and buyer, to deliver optimum sales, levels of customer service, and maintain the premium positioning of the Brand in-store at all times.

- Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities.
- Ensure that at all times you take care of your health and safety and that of others by complying with health and safety obligations, particularly by reporting promptly any defects, risks or potential hazards.
Knowledge Required
- Sales experience in a retail environment dealing directly with consumers/customers
- Cookware sales experience in a retail environment
- Conversant with current Le Creuset product range
- An interest in cooking
Skills & Qualifications
- Numerical and Literacy qualifications
- IT Literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) to intermediate level
- Effective oral communication skills
- Customer/Consumer Service skills
