Seasonal Temporary Sales Assistant

THE ROLE

Lush is changing the face of the cosmetics industry. We make our products by hand using fresh, organically produced vegetarian and vegan ingredients and win awards for our customer service. This is an opportunity to start your Lush career with us as part of our sales team! Our team of Sales Assistants are at the front of the business, creating excellent experiences for all of our customers in every moment. Sales Assistants bring a positive, upbeat energy to the shop floor, always connecting with our customers and giving them tours of all our fantastic products. With in-depth knowledge of our products and ingredients, Sales Assistants share relevant information while representing our Lush ethics and values. Lush Sales Assistants work hard and have fun, while demonstrating our products and creating an exciting, engaging atmosphere! 

ABOUT OUR STORE

We relocated to a far larger store in December 2019, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are still learning about this brand new store and the lovely customers that come with it. Therefore any candidate must be adaptable and resilient in a fast paced, ever developing environment.

Our store has a passion for the local community and loves to hold events, especially parties! Any new team member must have a keen interest in building relationships and have some fresh new ideas in order to diversify our events and impact on the Milton Keynes community. We are looking for some fun, outgoing people to help bring exciting, lively parties to the people of Milton Keynes!

• Must have 3 full days availability, to include both weekend days.
