At Drybar our front of house reception team are our Bartenders and they are responsible for providing excellent front of house client experiences, facilitating salon flow, following Bartender Non-Negotiables, and reporting daily sales results. We also expect our Bartenders to contribute to the success of the team and the Salon.

About you

  • You will lead client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring that Drybar standards are upheld
  • Experience cash handling and operating point of sale system (POS)
  • Able to adopt and maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards all clients.
  • Supportive to all stylists to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • To advise all clients of all services and products available between visits.
  • Ensure client records are maintained
  • Proficient in appointment management with an ability to multitask IT systems with complete accuracy.
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a like for like establishment; Spa, Salon, Health Club.
  • Efficient with use of industry standard software, (Booker, Pabau & Core by Premier)
  • Excellent client rapport – ability to effectively advise on treatments for a client in the correct order to partake of multiple services in tandem.
  • Ability to develop good professional relationships with the service providers, effectively managing their diary and to liaise with them directly to maximise appointment availability and resolve any client queries
