At Drybar our Manager will both lead the team and the customer experience, upholding and enforcing Harrods and Drybar core values, standards and policies. Managing the operational day-to-day business and is fully responsible for the performance of the DryBar Salon. This role is 65% based on the salon floor as part of the front of house team.

  • Ability to lead remarkable customer service and genuine passion for quality
  • Ability to hire, train and develop a team
  • Inventory management and scheduling experience
  • Ability to grow base business
  • Strong communicator and leader
  • Strong customer service skill
  • Recruiting, staffing and schedule management
  • Upholds the brand’s ten core values (DryBar’s Heart & Soul)
  • 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced Salon or similar environment
  • Nice to have but not mandatory qualified Level 2-3 NVQ Hair Stylist
  • Display a “can do” attitude.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and open
  • Exceptionally well organised
  • The jobholder must be able to work weekends and late nights.
  • Efficient with use of industry standard software, (POS Booker, Pabau & Core by Premier)
  • Excellent client rapport – ability to effectively advise on treatments for a client in the correct order to partake of multiple services in tandem.
  • Ability to develop good professional relationships with the service providers, effectively managing their diary and to liaise with them directly to maximise appointment availability and resolve any client queries.
