Guest Service advisor

Dealing with customer queries and ensuring a high quality customer relationship is achieved.

Your main aim will be to resolving incoming customer queries and orders professionally and efficiently, while adhering to company processes and policies.

You will also:

  • Ensure the customer is always informed and up to date
  • Understand the need to ‘close the loop’ when completed
  • Take responsibility for the administration of customer queries and records
  • Liaise with other internal departments professionally and courteously, maintaining a strong and productive relationship.
  • Meet targets in customer retention, query resolution, call handling and quality

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Strong background in customer services and good customer service skills
  • Ability to deliver the highest standard of customer service
  • Experience in meeting service level agreements, whilst ensuring that you practice the right first time policy
  • Experience in administrative duties and maintaining comprehensive electronic customer contact record files
  • Good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A pro-active approach to personal development and learning
